Hotel and Restaurant Perpöin Saluzzo - Cuneo The Restaurant

Next to the Hotel which was renovated in the 90's, there is the restaurant, the oldest and the most famous in Saluzzo.
In the middle of the 19th century it was an inn for the travellers, now is a modern and famous restaurant, which has preserved the Atmosphere of the old taverns. It offers the best dishes of the Piemontese tradition such as: the boiled meat, the fried meat, the soup of tripe, the " Bagna Caoda" the Barolo braised beef and the "risotto" with the Castelmagno cheese. All these dishes are tasted together with Piedmontese wines to a reasonable price. We organize lunches and dinners for groups. By request we can send our menu' proposals to different prices for every request.
